Welcome to O’Fun Park!

In order to ensure your well-being and safety, we ask you to respect the following rules:

All visitors must check in at the park’s reception desk beforehand. Each participant will have to pay the amount of his package and will have access to the activity(ies) thanks to his bracelet and/or his access ticket.

Minors remain under the responsibility and supervision of an accompanying adult.

The practice is forbidden to anyone who has consumed alcohol or any other substance that may impair their abilities. You must be in full possession of your physical and intellectual capacities to take part in extreme leisure activities such as the accrobranche, the water jump, the aquapark, the duel arena, the aquatic zip line, the Déval’kart as well as the extreme jumps.

The park is not responsible for theft, loss or damage to your personal items on the site. We remind you that the parking lot is free and unguarded.

The markings and paths on the ground must be respected, it is forbidden to walk outside the paths. This is to preserve your safety as well as the fauna and flora.

It is forbidden to deface or climb over fences or safety railings.

It is forbidden to have a picnic outside of the picnic area, there is one near the entrance and another near the water jump.

It is forbidden to throw anything on the ground and in general you must respect the cleanliness of this environment and use the sorting garbage cans provided for this purpose.

Remember that you are in a forest, smoking areas are located at the bar and restaurant terraces, it is strictly forbidden to smoke outside these areas.

The management reserves the right to exclude any person who does not respect the instructions, or who behaves in a way that is dangerous to himself or to others.

We recommend that you wear decent clothing that is appropriate for the activity you have chosen, shoes that fit your feet are mandatory for activities in the trees, bathing suits are only accepted for the Water Jump, Aquapark and Water Tyrolean.

There is a paid changing area with lockers inside the park at the store. Backpacks are not allowed in the tree climbing and paint ball activities.

Our friends the animals are accepted, held in lead.

Each customer is equipped by us with a safety equipment that we provide after the exchange with a ticket and checked before each departure. All equipment removed and/or returned must be checked by an operator. The use of other equipment than that of our park is not allowed. The exchange of material is prohibited.

All safety instructions are systematically explained to you before the activity. Following these instructions is mandatory in all circumstances.

The management declines all responsibility in case of accident due to non-compliance with safety instructions.

The signage at the entrance to each activity must be consulted.

A sign at the start of each activity indicates whether your bracelet designation is accepted on the activity.

For any reason, we will not refund the fees paid to enter the park. Exceptionally, in the event of a storm or high winds, the park may be evacuated to ensure safety. Credit notes can be given if you have been in the park for less than 1.5 hours. This must be justified by your receipt.

You will evolve in a forest environment controlled by experts of the company ALPES CONTROLES every year, and by an operator of the park every day. The park has taken out insurance with the company MMA.

Any entry into the park implies the acceptance of the present rules.

ACCROBRANCHE RULES

You must be in full possession of your physical and intellectual abilities to take part in the activity.

You are aware of the risks of bodily injury that you are taking and that you are making your children take by using the modules made available to you on the accrobranche.

Climbing is an exercise that involves individual risks. Don’t try anything you don’t know how to do. We reserve the right to deny you access to certain courses if necessary and if you are taking undue risks that could harm yourself or others.

Each customer is equipped by us with a safety equipment that we provide after the exchange with a ticket and checked before each departure. All equipment removed and/or returned must be checked by an operator. The use of other equipment than that of our park is not allowed. The exchange of material between participants is prohibited. It is forbidden to remove your equipment when you are on an elevated track.

Wearing gloves is mandatory (on sale at 3 euros).

It is forbidden to leave the marked path.

We have implemented all the necessary means and personnel to ensure your safety. If you do not follow the safety instructions clearly explained during the initiation, you are putting your life and that of others in danger, and this under your own responsibility.

Our surveillance staff has a first aid certificate and the CQP OPAH (validated or in the process of validation).

 

ORGANIZATION OF THE ACTIVITY

The access to the tree climbing gives you the right to 2 consecutive hours of activity, the operator gives you and equips you with material and a chasuble in exchange of a ticket.

Have your equipment fitted by an operator before departure.

Before going on the courses, you will be given a demonstration, and then you will have to confirm your ability to climb by doing the initiation in front of one of our operators.

Beware, this initiation is a must, even for our most loyal customers.

Respect the color code:

  • Carabiners on the cable with “Red” tape
  • The pulley + the carabiners on the cable with “blue” tape

In case of doubt or fatigue, do not hesitate to ask our operators for advice. Under no circumstances should you make a decision alone.

A whistle on some platforms is available to warn one of our operators.

 

CONDUCT OF THE ACTIVITY

Access to the tree climbing courses is forbidden to people without protective gear. You can follow the practitioners on the ground thanks to the marked paths.

You have just attended the briefing and practiced the initiation course.

As indicated during the briefing, you should not exceed 1 person per workshop and 3 people per platform.

At the end of the 2 hours, you must return the material (harness, chasuble) to the return which is on the terrace of restoration.

WATER JUMP RULES

You must be in full possession of your physical and intellectual abilities to take part in the activity.

You are aware of the risk of bodily injury to yourself and your children by using the modules available on the Water Jump.

Water Jumping is an exercise that involves individual risk. Don’t try to do anything you don’t know how to do! We reserve the right to deny you access to certain areas (confirmed or expert) if necessary and if you are taking undue risks that could harm yourself or others.

You must use equipment (buoy, body board) in perfect working order and made available by the company.

The Water Jump is in no way a teaching place. The staff does not provide training but rather common sense advice. You remain responsible for the consequences of the misuse of the modules made available

There must be only one person at a time on the slides or starting ramp, while respecting the two-colour light that will give the start.

Swimming is not allowed outside of the “jumping” activity, these are only reception pools.

It is forbidden to leave the marked path.

WATER JUMP ORGANIZATION

The access to the Water Jump gives you 2 hours of consecutive activity, the operator gives you the material after seeing your ticket.

You must go to the locker room to change into your bathing suit.

A shower is mandatory, before putting on the suit.

A safety briefing by the operator is mandatory before starting.

After the briefing, an initiation is compulsory in the beginner’s area for all the participants under the supervision of a starting operator and a state graduate (BEESAN) at the reception in the pool.

The operator decides on the validation of the zone from beginner to confirmed and from confirmed to expert.

Ages accepted according to the zones:

From 5 years old : Beginner level.

From 8 years old : Confirmed level.

From 11 years old : Expert level. (10 years for the Bodyboard tracks)

 

CONDUCT OF THE ACTIVITY

I join the starting platform, I wait for the operator to give his agreement to launch me.

When I land, I evacuate as quickly as possible straight ahead, respecting the runway number.

I am responsible for the equipment, I take it with me to leave the pool.

I return the material before leaving the activity, at the end of the 2 hours.

Any exit from the Water Jump area is final.

 

 

RULES OF THE ARENA DUEL

You must be in full possession of your physical and intellectual capacities to take part in the activity. You are aware of the risk of bodily injury you are taking by using the modules provided in the Duel Arena.

Duel Arena is an exercise that involves individual risk. Don’t try anything you don’t know how to do! We reserve the right to deny you access to the activity if necessary and if you take any unnecessary risks that could harm yourself or others.

It is formally forbidden to enter the premises of the activity without the authorization of the operator.

The participant must have a Maxi Fun Pass Adult bracelet or a Duel Arena ticket.

The wearing of safety equipment (protective vest, helmet, kneepads, closed shoes) is mandatory during the whole activity.

The safety instructions indicated for each event must be respected. The park is not responsible for any incident or accident that may occur as a result of not respecting these safety rules.

You must wait for the green light from the host before starting a new test.

 

ORGANIZATION OF THE ACTIVITY

Access to the Duel Arena gives you access to 2 hours of consecutive activity.

You must go to the facilitator to remove the safety equipment.

You must be equipped with a helmet, a protective vest, knee pads and closed shoes. For the sake of comfort and hygiene, you must wear shorts and a t-shirt under your protective gear.

A safety briefing by the operator is mandatory before starting.

You have to wait for the operator’s signal before you start.

Throughout the activity, you must be attentive to the operator’s signals.

You must return the equipment at the end of the 2 hours.

Any exit from the Duel Arena is final.

 

AQUAPARK RULES

All visitors must first go to the park’s ticket office and pay the associated fee to gain access to the area.

Please do not push or heckle each other on the dock.

Knowing how to swim / Lifejacket mandatory.

The park is forbidden to children under 5 years old.

You must be in perfect health and without any physical problems (Cervical, shoulders, back, arms, legs, knees, ankle, shinbone etc…)

Prohibited for people who have already dislocated their shoulder

Also forbidden to pregnant women and people with heart disease.

The practice of activities is forbidden to anyone who has consumed alcohol or any other substance that may impair their abilities. You must be in full possession of your physical and intellectual capacities to take part in the AquaPark

It is forbidden to swim under the structures.

It is forbidden to snorkel or simulate drowning.

It is forbidden to remove your lifejacket in the park.

It is forbidden to jump on a person in the water.

Access is forbidden to people without a vest or during closing hours.

It is not recommended to wear jewelry, piercings, or glasses. The park is not responsible for any lost items.

For safety reasons, we strongly advise you not to wear glasses (eyeglasses or waterglasses) or any type of mask. The establishment declines all responsibility in case of damage.

 

AQUAPARK ORGANIZATION

The access to the aquapark gives you the right to 2 consecutive hours of activity, the operator gives you the material after seeing your ticket.

You must go to the locker room to change into your bathing suit.

A safety briefing by the operator is mandatory before starting.

After the briefing, an initiation is compulsory in the beginner’s area for all the participants under the supervision of a starting operator and a state graduate (BEESAN) at the reception in the pool.

PAINT BALL RULES

You must be in full possession of your physical and intellectual abilities to take part in the activity. You are aware of the risk of bodily injury that you are taking by joining a paintball game.

The practice of Paint Ball is an exercise that involves individual risks. Do not attempt any reckless maneuvers or risks that could harm yourself or others.

You must use equipment in perfect working order and provided by the company.

It is forbidden to shoot or throw a projectile in the direction of the spectators.

ORGANIZATION OF THE PAINT BALL

The access to the Paint Ball gives you the right to a game with 150 balls.

You must present your ticket with the game time details in order to pick up the security equipment.

The minimum age is 11 years old.

We use biodegradable beads loaded with water washable paints.

Shooting within 10 meters of a player is prohibited.

No marbles on the ground should be picked up and reused.

The field is delimited by safety nets that prevent the balls from reaching the spectators. Different arrangements allow players to hide, to progress, and to reach the defined objective.

We provide you with mandatory safety protections: a mask, a bib, a neck guard, gloves and a disposable suit.

At no time should you remove any of these accessories during the game phase.

If for any reason you need to leave the field, you must raise your arm to announce your withdrawal from the game. It will be the same to return in space after verification of the equipment by an operator.

 

CONDUCT OF THE ACTIVITY

Access to the field is forbidden to persons not equipped with protection.

You form 2 different teams thanks to the different suit colors.

The referee proposes several game scenarios, once the choice is made, a safety briefing is mandatory.

Once hit, the player thus eliminated signals himself by raising his arm, the gun down and leaves the scenario in progress.

 

FUN ZONE RULES

You must be in full possession of your physical and intellectual abilities to take part in the activity. You are aware of the risks of bodily injury that you are taking and that you are making your children take by using the modules made available to you mainly on the Grand Débrouillard/Débrouillard Kids section.

You will encounter exercises that carry individual risks. Don’t try to do anything you don’t know how to do! Don’t take any unnecessary risks that could harm yourself or others.

It is forbidden to leave the marked path, which allows you to move from one area to another.

We thank the parents or guardians to make sure that their children follow these instructions.

Eating and drinking are not permitted inside the games.

The games at your disposal must be used in a reasonable manner and with respect for other users and the equipment.

You must go down the slides one at a time. It is forbidden to go down the slides backwards or to climb them upside down.

ORGANIZATION OF THE FUN ZONE

You have just been equipped with a wristband that entitles you to unlimited playing time in the game defined by your age category.

The age limits and safety instructions indicated at the entrance of each game must be respected.

Access to the inflatables must be without shoes.

Eating and/or drinking is not permitted in the playground.

Each cell of the Grand Débrouillard/Débrouillard Kids is equipped with an hourglass to be activated when you enter.

You must be one person at a time per cell and respect the rules of play that are written at the entrance of the cell.

Animators are there to guide you throughout the day.

PEDAL GO-KART RULES

You must be in full possession of your physical and intellectual capacities to take part in the activity. You are aware of the risk of bodily injury to yourself and your children by using the pedal go-karts provided.

Eating and drinking are not permitted on the playground.

Don’t take any unnecessary risks that could harm yourself or others.

It is forbidden to deliberately hit another kart.

The pedal go-karts at your disposal must be used in a reasonable manner and with respect for other users and the equipment.

You may not dismount from the pedal go-karts and go off the marked track.

We thank the parents or guardians to make sure that their children follow these instructions.

This activity is reserved for children from 3 to 10 years old and is unlimited in time.

You must have a Maxi Fun Pass bracelet for children or a Fun Zone ticket for children.

 

RULES FOR WOODEN GAMES

You must be in full possession of your physical and intellectual capacities to take part in the activity.

It is forbidden to eat and drink inside each cell.

The wooden games at your disposal must be used in a reasonable manner and with respect for the other players and the equipment.

After a game, the game must be put away.

We thank the parents or guardians to make sure that their children follow these instructions.

You must have a Maxi Fun Pass Child or Maxi Fun Pass Adult bracelet or a Fun Zone Child/Adult ticket.

 

DEVAL’KART RULES

You must be in full possession of your physical and intellectual abilities to take part in the activity.

You are aware of the risks of bodily injury that you take and that you make your children take by using the modules put at your disposal on the Déval’kart.

The practice of Deval’kart is an exercise that involves individual risks. Don’t try to do anything you don’t know how to do! We reserve the right to deny you access to the track if necessary and if you are taking an undue risk that could harm yourself or others.

It is forbidden to access the track outside the kart.

The pilot must be at least 11 years old and be able to use the retractable footrests.

There must be only one person per kart.

It is forbidden to race, priority is always given to the Deval’kart downstream.

Wearing a helmet is mandatory.

ORGANIZATION OF THE ACTIVITY

This activity is accessible to people with a Maxi Fun Pass Adult bracelet or with an Immanquables ticket.

You must be equipped with a disposable cap and a helmet.

You have to wait for the signal of the starting operator to start.

As soon as you reach the bottom of the track, it is forbidden to regroup in the finish area.

RULES OF THE COURSE WITHOUT HARNESS

You must be in full possession of your physical and intellectual abilities to take part in the activity.

You are aware of the risks of bodily injury that you are taking and that you are making your children take by using the workshops provided on the course without a harness.

This activity is accessible to people with an Adult Fun Zone, Adult Fun Pass or Adult Maxi Fun Pass bracelet.

It is forbidden to voluntarily jump into the safety net. If you fall into the net, crawl through it and climb back up using the ladders.

Respect the direction of traffic and the way to approach the workshops with the pictograms installed before the exercise.

We have implemented all the means to ensure your safety. If you do not follow the safety instructions, you are putting your life and the lives of others in danger, and this on your own responsibility.

ORGANIZATION OF THE ACTIVITY

The maximum capacity on the whole course is 15 people.

CONDUCT OF THE ACTIVITY

You may not exceed 1 person per workshop and 3 people per platform.

 

RULES AND REGULATIONS OF THE WATER ZIP LINE

You must be in full possession of your physical and intellectual abilities to take part in the activity.

You are aware of the risk of bodily injury to yourself and your children by using the modules provided on the water zip line.

The user must weigh more than 30 kg, be equipped with a Maxi Fun Pass Adult bracelet or have an Immanquables ticket.

Ziplining is an exercise that involves individual risk. Do not attempt any rash maneuvers. We reserve the right to deny you access to the track, if necessary and if you are taking an unconsidered risk that could harm yourself or others.

Each client is equipped with safety equipment. All equipment removed and/or returned must be checked by an operator. The use of other equipment than that of our park is not allowed. The exchange of material is prohibited. It is forbidden to remove your equipment when you are on an elevated track.

We have implemented all the necessary means and personnel to ensure your safety. If you do not follow the safety instructions clearly explained during the initiation, you are putting your life and that of others in danger, and this under your own responsibility.

Our surveillance staff has a first aid diploma and a BNSSA for the person at the reception.

ORGANIZATION OF THE ACTIVITY

Have an instructor equip you before departure.

Before leaving on the cable, you will be given an explanation by the departure operator.

In case of doubt or fatigue, don’t hesitate to ask for advice from our instructors. Under no circumstances should you make a decision alone.

CONDUCT OF THE ACTIVITY

Access to the activity is forbidden to persons not equipped with protection.

You’ve just attended a safety briefing before going on the cable.

As indicated in the briefing, you should only lift your legs at the finish line so that the water slows you down.

At the finish of the zip line, you must exit the landing basin and leave the equipment with the finish operator.

 

RULES FOR EXTREME JUMPS

You must be in full possession of your physical and intellectual abilities to take part in the activities.

You are aware of the risk of bodily injury to yourself and your children by using the modules provided for extreme jumps.

We reserve the right to deny you access to the activity, if necessary and if you take risks that could harm yourself or others.

Each participant must attend a safety briefing. All these instructions must be followed.

To access these activities, you must have an adult Maxi Fun Pass bracelet or an Immanquables ticket.

PROCEDURE OF THE ACTIVITY ” PENDULAR JUMP “.

The instructor equips you and gives you the safety briefing.

You then join the 2nd monitor located on the platform at 18m. Under no circumstances should you go to this platform without the presence of a facilitator.

Don’t make any decisions alone, if you need to, just ask the instructors.

The participant must be at least 11 years old and weigh a maximum of 95kg

PROCEDURE OF THE “STUNT JUMPING” ACTIVITY

The instructor will give you a safety briefing and test your ability to participate in the activity.

You then proceed to a first jump from the platform at 5m, then a 2nd jump from the platform at 7m (with the instructor’s agreement).

Under no circumstances should you go to these platforms without being accompanied by a facilitator.

Don’t make any decisions alone, if you need to, just ask the instructors.

The competitor must be at least 11 years old for the 5m jump and at least 14 years old for the 7m jump.

PROCEDURE OF THE ” MAXI BUNGY ” ACTIVITY

The instructor equips you and explains the activity.

You then proceed to the jumps, more or less high according to your ease.

Under no circumstances should you join the trampoline without an operator.

Don’t make any decisions alone, if you need to, just ask the instructors.

The practitioner must weigh at least 10 kg.

 

PONY RULES

You must be physically fit to participate in the activity.

It is forbidden to feed the ponies.

It is forbidden to leave the marked path.

We thank the parents or guardians to make sure that their children follow these instructions.

This activity is accessible to children with a Maxi Fun Pass Child bracelet or an Immanquables ticket.

The walk is reserved for children from 3 to 10 years old and lasts between 10 and 20 minutes.

PROCEDURE OF THE PONY RIDE

The child must be equipped with a cap and a protective helmet.

It is recommended to come with closed shoes and pants.

The guide holds the animal’s tether in his hand and guides it during the ride.

 

REGULATIONS OF THE FORBIDDEN FOREST

You must be in full possession of your physical and intellectual abilities to take part in this activity.

We reserve the right to deny you access to the activity, if necessary and if you take risks that could harm yourself or others.

Each participant must attend a mandatory briefing. All these instructions must be followed.

To access these activities, you must have an adult Maxi Fun Pass bracelet or an Immanquables ticket.

For interest and comfort, the activity is done in teams of 3 people maximum.

ORGANIZATION OF THE ACTIVITY

The activity starts at the park store. You will be given the equipment as well as the game and safety instructions in exchange for an ID (for the team).

You must take care of the material given and return it to us at the end of the activity.

If this is not the case, the park reserves the right to ask for financial compensation for the damage caused.

It is forbidden to move or break elements in the play area. You can only open different boxes, doors… and bring back objects mentioned during the briefing or in the book at your disposal.

Each safe must be closed after your passage so that the following teams can play in the best conditions.

CONDUCT OF THE ACTIVITY

The operator gives you the equipment in exchange for an ID.

You will be given instructions for playing and safety.

The timer is triggered by the operator and you have a maximum of 75 minutes to solve the puzzle.

The equipment in your survival bag is there to help you through the various challenges you encounter.
